httpse-ruleset-bug: www.svenskakyrkan.se no longer supports HTTPS

Svenska kyrkan (The Swedish Church) www.svenskakyrkan.se / svenskakyrkan.se no longer have any HTTPS server running, so the rule should be disabled. This has been the case for at least a few weeks.

I have communicated with Svenska kyrkan, while trying to troubleshoot why I couldn't access the site, and they said they currently had no downtime issues. So it seems the HTTPS support has been disabled. Now when I found that it was an HTTPSE issue, I have asked them to consider enabling HTTPS support again, for the privacy of their members.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
