Amazon MP3 previews broken by Cloudfront reference
Similar to ticket: #9367 (moved) but for Amazon.com instead of Amazon.de. Adding an exclusion rule of
<exclusion pattern="^http://d28julafmv4ekl\.cloudfront\.net" />fixes this.
