Add flag thresholds to the networkstatus created by a bridge authority
A Bridge Authority does not output its flag thresholds at any point, but this information is useful for debugging and general understanding. We can log these values, but then we will rely on direct access to the server, if this information is included in the network status, then it will be accessible to the people who need it. To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
