How to activate websocket-server on a Windows Bundle?

Maybe not looking at the right places but I don't see how to activate the websocket-server pluggable transport on latest dev windows bundle configured as a relay.

Probably something like:

ServerTransportPlugin websocket exec websocket-server --port 9901

Websocket traffic should be piped to the OR port, is it feasible and what are the commands to activate it?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
