Change list mastering to new alias and add new people
Due to increased list management needs, we should update listmastering beyond weasel and I and the sysadmins (which are just weasel and I).
- Create listmaster@torproject.org alias. Add me to it.
- Replace weasel with karsten (since he volunteered)
- Update all lists to point them at listmaster@tpo alias
- Securely provide listmaster the mailing list passwords and management links.
- profit.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
