Knowing current exit node and asking for another

With Vidalia being gone, it's now hard to have an idea of what path a connection uses through the Tor network.

But most of the time, I am actually not interested in knowing the whole path, but which exit node is being used, so I can report any tampering that I might observe. There is also the problem that more content providers nowadays block content by countries. Given we have many exit nodes in Germany, it's particularly visible on Youtube where many videos are blocked by the GEMA.

Using “new identity”, it's possible to ask for a new path, but in the previous case, I would just like an exit node from another country so I can view the video I was reaching for.

The later suggestion might need #3455 (moved) to be implemented before considering the latter suggestion, so we can also split this ticket if I think they are related UI wise. If we display the current exit node somewhere, it makes sense to be able to act on it by clicking there.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
