TBB: downloading file does not work

How to recreate the issue:

-open http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/7.1.0/amd64/iso-cd/ -right click on SHA512SUMS and choose "Save link as..." -confirm "load external content?" popup by clicking "Lauch Application" -Press save in "Enter name of file to save to" dialog -I get a Download error popup "The download cannot be saved because an unknown error occurred. Please try again."

TBB-3.0a4 on Linux 64bit. Package created with gitian.
