Refresh keyring in the background
TorBirdy could refresh the keyring in the background using a similar scheme than the one used in parcimonie. Simplified, it boils down to pick a random key in the keyring every 10 minutes and use a new Tor circuit to query the configured keyserver.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
