+ * Who should be on tor-internal@ and tor-assistants@ needs to be clarified.
+   Should every contractor be on these lists? What about volunteers?
+ * tor-talk signal/ratio is decreasing and too high traffic. Some subjects might need
+   to be discussed in less general places.
+ * We are missing a mailing-list to publicly discuss outreach tasks.
+ * Are we missing a tor-project@ mailing-list to publicly discuss global project
+   issues like "a Tor project an office in Berlin?" (might be the best example)
+ * tor-dev audience should be clarified. Is this the place where weasel can report
+   on his experiments with Jenkins?
