Torbutton was removed with commit 44c6bc36.

Thanks to boklm for help with this patch.

We do that by adding support for a no_containers target which defines
the new option var/container/global_disable in rbm.conf. We already had
the option var/container/use_container doing something similar to this
new option, however it can not be overriden in rbm.conf as we define it
in each project's configuration, which has priority over rbm.conf.

We now generate source tarballs for firefox, torbutton and tor-launcher
during stable, alpha and nightly builds. We don't generate them with
|make testbuild|, but they can be generated with |make testbuild-src|.

sandboxed-tor-browser is not maintained anymore and Yawning requested to
not ship it anymore in our alphas once we switch to Firefox 60 ESR.

We update the update_responses script to be able to specify a different
$releases_dir for each version. When generating incremental mars, this
allows us to set the default releases_dir to {alpha,release}/signed and
the current version's releases_dir to {alpha,release}/unsigned.

Create a tar file in directory {alpha,release}/update-responses/, to
make it a little easier to copy them to the host where they will be
deployed.

Add the dmg2mar makefile rules.

Add the update_responses and incrementals makefile rules.

The update_responses script is identical to what we have in
tor-browser-bundle.git, however the config.yml file it is using is now
generated using the infos from rbm.

Fix an error introduced by 9d18c95b.

The 'make signtag-release' and 'make signtag-alpha' commands can be
used to tag a stable or alpha release using the version informations
from rbm.conf.

If HOME is set to a temporary directory, $HOME/.gnupg cannot be used to
sign the build.

Add target to remove the subdirectory including the version number (or
date) from the output directory. The output directory can be selected
with the --output-dir option.
