We can't build the crt in the compiler-rt project on Linux anymore and
work around it by disabling that part. This is likely yet another sign
of Debian Wheezy showing its age.

Apart from that, we should use our own binutils and not whatever Wheezy
is providing.

We'll update abicheck.cc in a follow-up commit (bug 34359).

We make it clearer that we are concerned with the cross compilation
prefix (so that all the necessary tools can be found) by renaming
`configure_host` to `cross_prefix`.

Additionally, we reorder the `configure_opt` arguments a bit to closer
match other platforms.

Finally, we introduce the Fenix related targets to be able to build
Tor Browser based on Fennec and Fenix in parallel for the time being.

In order to start landing ESR 78 related patches without breaking our
nightly builds (which are still ESR 68-based) we hardcode a known good
commit for now.

This update fixes Python 3.8+ compatibility.

These updates include network performance and reliability improvements.

We improve the script in the following ways:

1) Properly check the signature of the MAR files
2) Take #20254 into account
3) Fix all issues `shellcheck` found

We also clean projects/release/dmg2mar since TMPDIR is now set by rbm.
