Jenkins artifact signing key has expired ⇒ all ISO CI jobs fail

the "jenkins.tails.boum.org artifact signing key" has expired so all Jenkins CI jobs fail: signing artifacts fails.

The canonical key lives in the tails_secrets_jenkins module (files/jenkins/keys.asc).
