Get Bridges - HK - User Research Plan
Goals
This is pilot research to understand how users under controlled networks connect to the Tor network using bridges and how it impacts the user experience when browsing using Tor Browser. The main goals are as following:
Understand pain-points during the current flow
Learn about possible opportunities to educate users in contextAudience
Regular Tor users, new users, advanced users

Methodology
- HK Group July 2020: We sent a structured activity to the user group members. They delivered back, and we will discuss the findings after the collect feedback round.
- HK Interviews Septiembre 2020: We will have a full day of moderated 1:2 user interviews. We will use our BBB room. We'll ask for consent for recording screens.
