Fix Sidebar Topics Punctuation

The following titles in the Topics sidebar should have correct punctuation:

Running Tor Browser for the first time -> Running Tor Browser for the First Time
Managing identities -> Managing Identities
Making Tor Browser portable -> Making Tor Browser Portable
Known issues -> Known Issues

This follows the consistent pattern along with the rest of the Topics sidebar titles. Attached is a mock-up of the update.
