Bridges.torproject gives one and only bridge

I tried to request bridges from bridges.torproject.org (obfs4 ones) and I get the same bridge regardless if I request using TB or other browser. One and only bridge, fingerprint 628B95EEAE48758CBAA2812AE99E1AB5B3BE44D4
