Belarus: Connection Assist may be blocked

We are getting more than usual number of tickets from tor users from Belarus, and while normally all the transports work there (snowflake, obfs4, webtunnel), there are some anomalies around phpmyadmin.net that can be seen on OONI.

So I wonder if Connection Assist not working can be the reason for more tickets from Belarus?
