Parpare DeploymentTool for Publishing

Currently there is personal tool called "DeploymentTool" that can automate the process of configuring a VPS. However this tool is too unsafe to be published as it is written without consideration of security and could not be published for this reason. However, it should be possible for me improve this tool so that it could reach the quality that would allow it be published.
