Gettor bot shares 11.5.7 version of TB

As it was mentioned by the user, gettor bot on Telegram sends 11.5.7 version instead of 11.5.8

Not only tries to provide an old version, it does 404 on it. I believe is the same issue that #45 (closed), but we brought it back because we rolled back to an old version because the new one fails (#47 (closed)).

I solved the issue by restarting the bot, and I'll work on #47 (closed) to be able to upgrade.
