freeze with ConnectionResetError

OnionSproutsBot freezes once in a while with this error:

Nov 18 11:21:06 telegram-bot-01 launch_osbtg[594]: socket.send() raised exception.
Nov 18 11:21:06 telegram-bot-01 launch_osbtg[594]: Send exception: ConnectionResetError Connection lost

And needs restart to come back.
