Add support for downloading .mar files

Now it's possible to download .mar (Mozilla updates) files for all three platforms. These new files have different name format and should be treated separately. One option is to add the .mar file every time someone makes a request. Another option is to specify a certain command to specifically request the .mar file for a given OS.
