Move GetTor github repository to torproject/torbrowser-releases

We have plans to move the GetTor github repository. I made a commit to update the update_git script with the new repo name already, but we still need to actually run it and update the links.

Here's what's left to do:

• make sure my authentication token works with the new user
• update the add_links_to_db script with the new repo name
• run everything
