Test Lox from Open Invitation to Blockage Migration with Browser Integration

Before deploying Lox in alpha, we should try to test each of the protocols from open invitation through to blockage migration with the browser integration. This will require deploying a test distributor that uses a test patch (See: #62 (closed)) to advance time so that the lox requests can be made in quick succession instead of weeks apart.
