Improve Lox Issuer Efficiency by Implementing uCMZ

A recent paper has demonstrated a method for improving keyed-verification credential issuing. This should be more efficient and reduce code complexity for the Lox credentials. The updated scheme is explained in section 2.1 of the paper in the keyed-verification credential μCMZ figure.
