Update lox crates for Tor browser integration

For Lox browser integration, we are considering dropping wasm. This is being discussed here: tor-browser#43096

Trying to pull the lox crates into Tor browser directly has revealed some dependency conflicts and vetting issues that should be resolved. !283 (merged) aims to revert dependencies that do not have critical updates to versions that are compatible with Tor browser. Once these dependencies are set, an updated version of the lox-crates should be pushed to crates.io
