Conjure receives invalid phantom IPs from the station

I tried to bootstrap a conjure connection today and the logs showed my client trying to connect to 0.0.0.0:

[14:13:23] [79-73b9d2] failed to dial phantom 0.0.0.0: dial tcp 0.0.0.0:443: connect: connection refused
[14:13:23] [79-73b9d2] failed to form phantom connection: no open connections

It obviously fails to connect. I wonder if this is a bug or a backwards compatibility breaking change in how the conjure station works.
