Intergrating WebTunnel into Lyrebird to reduce Distributed Binary Size

We are considering integrating WebTunnel into WebTunnel in order to reduce the binary size of distributed binary.

This is a request from application team: the apk size is increasing and approaching the limit of Play Store. It might be beneficial for us to move webtunnel's entry point to Lyrebird to avoid shipping one more copy of the Go Runtime library.
