Maybe remove deprecated bridge support from LyreBird to reduce binary size

May or may not be worth it, but we may want to prune the older bridge algorithms (obfs1,2,3, scramblesuite, etc) that are no longer in use (presuming they are no longer in use) to minimize final binary size.
