Lyrebird 0.6.0 cannot connect to proxy using 127.0.0.1 local IP

Before Tor upgrade (<14.0.9), I could connect to a Proxy using a localhost adsress like 127.0.0.1. I use this for Tor-To-Tor proxy. Then, I discovered that Lyrebird was also upgrade to version 0.6.0. I can confirm that the issue comes from lyrebird executable. I get this error in the Journal:

Managed proxy failed to configure the pluggable transport's outgoing proxy. (proxy test failure:Host unreachable)

I think it has something to do with those fix:
