The Snowflake consent page opened after installation looks ignorable
After the Snowflake extension is installed, chrome-extension://mafpmfcccpbjnhfhjnllmmalhifmlcie/consent.html is opened, so the user can consent to the use of some (meta)data.
Anyone who skims the page will see something like this:
---8<------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for installing the Snowflake web extension!

The only thing that stands out is the title that just thanks the user for installing the extension. That's followed by a block of text. Users who don't choose to read the block of text are likely to just close the tab.
I've been using the extension for a long time, but recently, I set up a new browser profile. I added the extension and, I guess the consent page was opened, but I just skimmed it, classified it as ignorable and closed it. For a long time I didn't know the extension wasn't actually working, because I didn't accept the terms of use.
I don't think I'm the only one who didn't realize that page requires interaction for the extension to work.
My suggestion would be to make the one thing noticeable on the page, with a large font and different color - the first heading that currently says "Thank you for installing the Snowflake web extension!" - to say what actually matters - that the extension won't work until the user clicks "I consent" below.
PS. To be clear - I have nothing against the explanations on the consent page. They're useful and reasonably concise, but if the layout/content of this page lead to people not actually activating the extension, then all that usefulness/conciseness serves no purpose.
