Scrub pt.Log calls like other logs

!67 (closed) added ptEventLogger which sends messages to the managing process using pt.Log. But these logs are not scrubbed of IP addresses the way all other logs are scrubbed (as in #21304 (closed)).

I saw this in the Tor Logs in Tor Browser:
