Change name "Snowflake" -> "North Star"

Of course there's probably no strong reason to do this, just a funny idea I had.

Symbolism: North Star - guidance (to the free internet), North - ICE, cold (like it is now with Snowflake). "Polaris" would be another layer, but too complicated, I think.

Maybe there's gonna be another similar project that can take this name.
