Allow user manually specify their NAT Type

Allow user manually specify their NAT Type.

This similar to !392 (merged) except not just try once but make try until success if user explicitly really known their NAT Type.

This will more offload unrestricted proxies.

I'm not sure how much fingerprint risk of this.
