CDN times out before broker in domain-fronted rendezvous

We received a report from a user of a large number of 504 responses. After checking our CDN client portal, we noticed that we are indeed serving a very large number of 5xx responses. It's likely this is caused by the CDN itself serving a 504 gateway timeout response before the broker is able to respond to the client. The broker's client timeout threshold is 10 seconds.

Since this has not been reported to impact performance, an easy solution is to lower the broker's client timeout to 5s in order to match the CDN.
