Restart snowflake-broker VPS for Greenhost migration

I got this email:

Subject: Maintenance Cloud/VPS platform — short downtime due to migration to new server

In the coming months we will be performing maintenance on our cloud/VPS platform. As part of this, we will be moving some VPSs to newer physical servers.

To move a VPS to the new server, it needs to be stopped, so it can be restarted on the newer servers. This will result in about a minute of downtime. We will try to perform these restarts outside of office hours. This will happen in small batches over the coming months.

There is no noticeable difference between the servers, so as long as the software on the VPS will correctly start itself after a shutdown, no preparations need to be made.

If you prefer to have more control over the moment the restart happens, you can also choose to do this yourself. For this you can stop the VPS via our Service Centre, with the button “Turn off”, wait for it to shut down, and then start it again, with the button “Turn on”. This will cause it to be (re)started on newer hardware (a normal reboot is not sufficient for this).

They say they will restart the VPS themselves at some unpredictable time. I'll restart it myself.
