S3 existence objects cause archive.org torrent files to change every hour

For torrents to be useful, their content should be as stable as possible.
This is not true for TorBrowser torrents right now:
They contain .exist-gettor files, which are updated every hour.
And since they are updated, _meta.sqlite file gets updated too.

I think either .exist-gettor files should be removed from archives at all or they should be updated only when necessary.

Example: few hours ago https://archive.org/download/torbrowser-12.0.4-dbd1a7abad9ee3d1/torbrowser-12.0.4-dbd1a7abad9ee3d1_archive.torrent file had BTIH of A3445D681702D17AEBB4886332CAF6DC7EEF6B3F, now it have BTIH of FEBA482D46AB6B853F1140A66EC2F307B3CFACE7.
