telegram bot (getbridgesbot) shares webtunnel bridges without brackets around its ip address

The bridges look like this -

webtunnel 2001:db8:1b1d:debc:1c57:32bf:5baf:5948:443 (no [] brackets for ip-address)

my TB (desktop) says that the bridge address is wrong
