use full snowflake bridge lines

The builtin snowflake bridgeline in tor browser is:

snowflake 192.0.2.3:80 2B280B23E1107BB62ABFC40DDCC8824814F80A72

This line works in Tor Browser as snowflake launched with a bunch of default parameters. But in other clients that don't have the right default parameters this line doesn't work.

Circumvention settings should provide the full bridgeline:
