Update Circumvention API to remove all nonfunctional fastly domains
Circumvention API is still providing github.githubassets.com as a front domain to Snowflake users in Iran, although domain fronting through Fastly has stopped to work (ref: Orbot https://github.com/guardianproject/orbot/issues/1190).
