CDN77 domain fronting is not working: "Suspended CDN resource"

Bootstrapping is failing today in Tor Browser 14.5a6 with the built-in Snowflake bridge lines. 2025-06-10 16:02:34 is the earliest timestamp I have in a log.

Besides Snowflake, this likely affects Moat, Circumvention Settings, meek and conjure.

When I manually enter an sqsqueue bridge line for Snowflake, it works.
