Make sure application-services code does not access Firefox services without a proxy

From fenix#34177 (comment 2707929).

We should try to make sure there's no proxy bypasses in application-services. We may to build a custom limited "megazord" library with the strictly needed components (hopefully, a subset of the components currently needed for Fenix): https://mozilla.github.io/application-services/docs/applications/consuming-megazord-libraries.html
