Host Gitlab CI artifacts in an Fdroid repository

To accelerate the amount of dogfood we can consume for the Fenix+Tor project, we should setup an F-Droid repository where we put the artifacts generated by the Gitlab CI runner(s) when commits land to our primary branches and make them available for people interested in testing the app.
