HTTPS Everywhere is not shown as installed

HTTPS Everywhere is shown in the Webextensions Menu when a web page is opened, but when you open Add ons from the Settings screen, the extension is not shown as installed (and you can apparently install it again).

This may be because the extension is built-in, and Fenix is generating the available/installed list in a different way.
