"Explore privately" not visible entirely in French

And probably in other languages, I did not test with a lot of languages (only en-GB, ru, fr, de).

Version: Tor Browser alpha Android: 10.0a8 (81.1.2-Beta) (Build #2015713931)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set french as Tor language
  2. Open homescreen
