GitLab is used only for code review, issue tracking and project management. Canonical locations for source code are still https://gitweb.torproject.org/ https://git.torproject.org/ and git-rw.torproject.org.

Delete "Add to top sites" menu item

Fenix added a new item on the menu list when browsing a web site: Add to top sites. We don't (explicitly) support the Top Site home page, so we should delete or hide this option.
