Bug in rendering webpages

Two users have reported this issue on the frontdesk:

User 1:

Device: Samsung S22 Ultra Exynos2200 SM-S908B/DS

App Version: 11.0.8(96.3.0-Release)

I open the app to do a Web search and I am presented with image [2]. I am able to scroll on the page, this produces images [3] and [4]. After several trips to the multitasking menu and home screen I finally get image [1].if I scroll on the page it returns so one of images [2] to [4]. No expert but any other questions I can answer. This issue is reproducible on any website. The browsers security is set as standard.

User 2:

Hello, I have a problem rendering web pages in tor browser.

Have confirmed with both the users that this bug is specific to TBA and is not reproducible on Firefox Mobile and both users are on the same device, i.e. Samsung S22 so this can be something hardware / device specific.
