Change Flickr to use https://www.flickr.com/ instead of https://secure.flickr.com/

We have reports from Flickr users that HTTPS Everywhere is redirecting to https://secure.flickr.com/ . We now support HTTPS better on https://www.flickr.com/ and we will be deprecating the secure.flickr.com endpoint to focus on www.flickr.com.
