(linux-)sunxi.org no longer use a CAcert certificate

sunxi.org and linux-sunxi.org no longer use a CAcert certificate for https. This should be resolved and the ruleset may now be turned on by default.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
