Some drawfee.tumblr.com images do not show up (403 Forbidden)

There are plenty of pictures that do not open. Upon further inspection, it seems HTTPS Everywhere (version 2015.1.22 on Google Chrome 41.0.2272.76) converts this:

which returns 403 Forbidden with a XML containing "AccessDenied".
