problem with Google Translate and https-everywhere

compiling and using a crx/xpi out of the latest version of dev tree, "To:" language drop down on Google Translate does not seem to work.

Commenting out the rule 'translate.google.com/translate/static/' in GoogleServices.xml makes it work again. I've noticed that using https-everywhere 'http://translate.google.com/translate/static/PbBVKxlhY7M/js/desktop_module_lazy.js' is not loaded.

One can click on the "From:" language and then "To:" language becomes accessible but the "ui" is different from not using https-everywhere or not loading GoogleServices.xml
