Unable to watch flash videos on ted.com with Firefox and HTTPS Everywhere enabled

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=810638 for more information. This problem can be worked around by disabling the 'TED (partial)' rule or HTTPS Everywhere completely. Tested with Firefox 17.0 and Firefox 20.0a1 (2012-11-21).
